  1. STRUCTURAL :
    • The professionals on the basis of ACI(American Concrete Institute) code have designed all structures. The project will be designed to withstand earthquake up to 7.0/7.5 Rector Scale & wind velocity of 250 Km/hour.

    • Bathroom doors : Plain wooden door with seasoned teak, gamari / chapalish/ local / foreign made plastic door
    • Door Frame : Front door frame 11” x 2.5” & internal door frame 6” x 2.5” with teak chamble / chapalish.
